The new world is already here. It just needs to fully unfold.

Investing in new generations is securing the future.

WHAT CONCERNS US?

GALDR LAB

We are a powerhouse of educational content designed to empower the new generations. Our mission is to support the full development of children and young people so they can meet the great challenges of the present, and of the future, and to give parents, educators and institutions the tools they need to understand the world in which children are growing up.

Child and adolescent mental health in decline

  • 166 million adolescents worldwide live with a mental health disorder (UNICEF).

  • Suicide is the third leading cause of death among 15- to 29-year-olds globally (WHO, 2025).

  • In Ibero-America, 1 in 5 young people has a mental disorder linked to intensive social media use, and more than 60% report "digital anxiety" (SEGIB / Ibero-American Youth Organization, 2026).

  • The arrival of smartphones in 2012 has not only negatively affected young people's mood; it has also led to cognitive and personality decline.

The digital environment shaping their minds

  • Young people in Ibero-America spend an average of 3 hours and 32 minutes a day on screens, while young Americans spend an average of 8 hours and 39 minutes a day (Common Sense).

  • Using screens for more than 3 hours a day doubles the risk of anxiety and depression symptoms, and raises the risk of depression and low self-esteem in adolescence by up to 2.8 times.

  • A meta-analysis of 153 longitudinal studies covering more than 360,000 children and adolescents aged 2 to 19 confirms the link between social media use and higher risk of anxiety, depression, self-harm and poor academic performance (JAMA Pediatrics).

The race toward a future that doesn't yet exist

  • 65% of children entering primary school today will, as adults, work in jobs that don't yet exist.

  • Every dollar invested today in quality early childhood programs can generate up to 13 dollars in long-term benefits for society.

  • Organizations such as UNESCO identify teacher well-being as a critical factor in educational quality: when educators experience chronic stress, teacher and student absenteeism rises, school climate deteriorates, and children absorb that stress as their own.

Familia junto al océano

The world moves fast. We will keep pace with it.

Technology, artificial intelligence, social media, environmental change and new ways of relating to one another are transforming reality at an unprecedented pace. For those who raise and educate, keeping up with all these transformations and finding the right tools to accompany children and young people is becoming increasingly difficult.

That is why we create educational content that translates the great shifts of our time into concrete knowledge and resources. Through intensive courses and learning experiences (games, simulations, group dynamics and other interactive formats), we bring new perspectives into dialogue, stimulate critical thinking and foster the capacities people need to navigate the world we are building with greater autonomy and awareness.

Institutional support

We are sponsored by the World Organization of Nobel Peace Prize Laureates, with which it actively collaborates through its School Education Council. This partnership underpins our commitment to peace education and human development, the foundation from which we design all our content.

Our services

Interactive and dynamic materials

Systems Thinking Courses

We structure content so parents and educators deeply understand how mental health, digital culture and AI connect.

Interactive & Innovative Formats

We design games, simulations and group dynamics where children, young people and adults learn by doing, not memorizing.

Workshops for Parents

We equip families with practical tools to raise children in a world of screens, anxiety and accelerating change.

Educator Training

We train teachers to facilitate game-based learning that builds critical thinking, creativity and emotional intelligence.

Mental Health for Educators

We support the wellbeing of those who teach through ongoing psychosocial care, because a cared-for teacher cares better.

International School Curriculum

In collaboration with the World Organization of Nobel Peace Prize Laureates, Living Together on a Changing Planet is a series of lessons for young people that aims to develop the emotional, cognitive, ethical and relational capacities they need to navigate an uncertain future and take a conscious part in shaping society. The curriculum covers five interconnected areas: Mental Health and Inner Development; Ecology and Planetary Citizenship; Artificial Intelligence and Human Intelligence; Epistemology and Media Literacy; and Art and Creativity. The material is designed to be adopted by schools as a guide, so that each institution's educators can adapt and share it. It will be launched in December 2026 at the Vatican Summit.

No Pax

An active-learning group game that uses a hidden-role system and a story in which no one knows who anyone else really is, to develop critical thinking, decision-making, persuasive communication, active listening and the ability to recognize manipulation. It is played in groups of 12 to 25 participants, in rounds of 30 to 40 minutes, with several rounds per session so players can experience different roles.

Educator Certification

A facilitation course for No Pax. It trains educators to use the game as a game-based learning tool, not (only) as a recreational activity, with facilitation, questioning and reflection techniques that develop critical thinking, creativity, emotional intelligence and systems thinking in the classroom. Includes a copy of the game.

Mental Health Subscription for Educators

Supporting those who shape the next generation. An annual subscription model of ongoing mental health and psychosocial support for teachers, focused on prevention, resilience, emotional literacy and professional sustainability. Because teacher well-being is, according to UNESCO, a critical factor in educational quality.
